    As the President of Chesapeake Mission Critical, John Dorn is responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the design, build, and maintenance of critical infrastructure that supports Information Technology (IT). John creates solutions that are reliable, available, and maintainable for customers in the government, healthcare, and data center markets.

    Suzanne Lewis serves as the Vice President of Sales for Chesapeake Mission Critical. With over 20 years experience, she is responsible for growing our service sales, managing the day-to-day operations of the outside service sales team, while maintaining high customer satisfaction by executing our “go wide” sales strategy.

    Bruce Frank serves as the Vice President of Engineered Power Solutions for Chesapeake Mission Critical. In this role, Bruce currently leads our Engineers Power Solutions Team and specializes in complex turnkey solutions. He has over 30 years of experience focusing on the needs of the data processing/mission critical industry.

    Operations Manager

    Courtney Palo serves as the Operations Manager at Chesapeake Mission Critical. With over a decade of experience in business-to-business service leadership, she oversees the Service, Switchgear, and Inside Sales departments, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, efficient resource management, and strong contract and service delivery performance. In her role, Courtney collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to support scheduling, workflow optimization, and operational execution that aligns with customer expectations and company growth objectives.

    Patrice Kirk serves as the Controller for Chesapeake Mission Critical. With over 23 years of accounting and business experience, she leads the financial department and plays an instrumental role in strategic planning and forecasting to achieve our company vision.
